Help & privacy
Help and requests
Account and personal data requests, such as a copy of your data, a correction or help with deleting your account: include your account email or profile address. Never send your password or a reset link.
Email supportYou can delete your account yourself on the Your account page.
What becomes public
A new profile is a private draft. Preview does not publish. Publishing makes the saved identity and visible blocks, including selected contact details, public to anyone with the link. Saved changes to a published profile appear immediately. You can unpublish in the profile editor.
Uploaded images stay private until you publish a profile that shows them: your photo, cover, logo and the images in visible blocks. Images in hidden blocks or used only on cards stay private. Withdrawing a page does not recall copies or downloads made by others.
Preferences and measurement
The interface language preference uses a first-party cookie for one year. Missing or invalid preferences use English. On wide screens, whether you collapsed the workspace menu is kept in another first-party cookie for one year. Changing the menu language never translates your profile text. Existing creator milestones and privacy-conscious visitor counts remain separate from pilot observations. Form contents and research notes are not sent as onboarding events.
